Use of emails and other personal information

Ticketing Policy Statement

We use Eventbrite for our online ticketing. They require a valid email address – to send you the ticket – and will use your credit or debit card details to process transactions.

Refunds are only given in the instance of cancellation of an event by Merton Priory or a related joint event, sponsored and managed directly by Merton Priory. We cannot offer refunds if the ticket holder cannot make the event for any reason.

Eventbrite do not sell the personal information of our customers to third parties.

Eventbrite may ask to use your Facebook account to show that you are attending an event. Please view their privacy and security page for further details:

If there are any queries about a refund from Eventbrite given from a Merton Priory account, please contact Eventbrite directly via their Contact Us page. They will reply within 24 Hours.

When you add yourself to our e-Flyer mailing list we have access to the data you entered along with your email. You do not need to give a real name or postcode to complete the form. To unsubscribe from our mailing list, please use the link provided at the bottom of each email wish to unsubscribe. Please note that googlemail.co.uk is a different address from gmail.com and Google Mail will automatically send emails to the updated account. e.g:- If you previously subscribed as ethicalsoc.conwayhall@googlemail.co.uk it will now send to ethicalsoc.conwayhall@gmail.com
